First, your going to install and activate the Editorial Calendar plugin.
After activation, go to Posts » Calendar. You will now see the calendar view.
On the upper right of the screen, click the link ‘Show Unscheduled Drafts’. This will open a sidebar which will display all of your unscheduled drafts. When the sidebar is showing, the link changes to say ‘Hide Unscheduled Drafts’.
Then grab the draft that you will add to your schedule. Now you will be able to drop this post onto any day in your calendar.
By default, the Editorial Calendar is going to schedule this post for 9am.
If you want to publish at a different time, then simply hover over the post. Then, click on the Quick Edit link.
This will launch the Editorial Calendar popup.
In the dropdown, you can change when the post will go live.
You will now be able to repeat these steps, to bulk schedule all of your drafts.
How Can You Change Your Schedule Using Drag and Drop
If your in a perfect world, you would create your schedule only once and then stick to it.
In real world, this isn’t always the case. In reality you may need to make changes to your schedule or maybe need to remove a post from the schedule completely.
If you wish to change the date when a post is set to go live, then you simply grab the post in your calendar and drop it onto the new date.
To delete a scheduled post, click on the ‘Show Unscheduled Drafts’ link in the above right corner. You will now be able to drag and drop your post onto the ‘Unscheduled Drafts’ sidebar.
This is the best way possible to remove a post from your scheduling.
When watching over a post in the calendar view, you may notice a Delete link. This just not only remove the post from your calendar – it automatically sends the post to the Trash folder.
If you wish to delete a post from your schedule without completely deleting it, then you can use the ‘Unscheduled Drafts’ sidebar.
How Can You Create and Bulk Schedule New Drafts With Editorial Calendar

This popup also has a Content area where your able to write your post.
The Content area doesn’t have the formatting settings, which you get with the full WordPress post editor, but it’s good for addition of a short summary of what the post will cover.
If you need to work fully on WordPress editor, then Editorial Calendar contains a shortcut. Simply watch over the post in the calendar view. Then, click the Edit link.
It will open the post in the standard WordPress editor. One more option is to head over to Posts » All Posts. You will now find your new draft, and can open it for editing.
